Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in the event that the wrong product was delivered to you. If you receive an incorrect item, please report the issue to us within 2 days of the delivery date. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for the correct product to be dispatched as soon as possible. Please note that the incorrect item must be returned in its original, unused condition for the exchange to be processed.
