Cancellation Policy


1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped by our team. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team (Mail Address : care@toetales.in/ Whatsapp : +91 9501246464) with your order details as soon as possible.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipping
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is still possible, but in the case of prepaid orders, we may deduct Rs. 100 to cover shipping and packing charges. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is processed.

Refund Policy


Refund Policy At Toetales, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product is thoroughly checked before shipment. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will process your refund in accordance with the following terms-

1. Incorrect Product Delivery: If the product delivered to you is not the one you ordered, we will issue a full refund. Please notify us within 2 days of the delivery date to initiate the process.

2. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please provide a photo and an unboxing video as proof. This must be reported within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders After Shipment: If a prepaid order is canceled after the product has been shipped, we will deduct Rs. 100 as shipping and packaging charges. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

4. No Returns Policy: As we sell socks, which are considered an intimate wear product, we do not accept returns due to hygiene concerns.
